Salad bar: Mixed leaves tossed with a balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing, chats potato salad with speckied bacon, Italian antipasto with semi-dried tomatoes, roasted peppers, artichokes, kalamata olives and grilled eggplants, warm ciabatta bread, and assorted condiments.
Deluxe BBQ @ $45 Per person
Coriander/chilli, garlic and ginger marinated green prawn skewers, individual Eye fillet, grilled Atlantic salmon, marinated lamb skewers with thyme and lemon, chicken satay skewers with coconut cream.

Grilled Mediterranean vegetable antipasto with eggplant, roasted peppers, semi-dried tomatoes, kalamata olives and feta, rocket andgrana padano parmesan salad, chats patato salad with speckled bacon, mixed leaves tossed with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, warm ciabatta bread and condiments
